  • The replay stays up on our profile for 24 hours and claims made on the replay still count, in comment order, until we post the "sold out" recap.

  • We send a secure invoice by Instagram DM within 24 hours of the live. Unpaid invoices after 48 hours release the piece to the next claim.

  • Yes, every piece ships fully insured within the continental US, packed by hand from our ranch, typically within 3–5 business days of payment.

  • To keep things fair for everyone tuning in, we don't take pre-sale holds, every piece is claimed live, in real time.
